Our Sabatier knives are imported directly from Thiers-Issard, the French manufacturer. We offer only genuine Sabatier knives stamped with the Four-Star Elephant . We regret that we are unable to accept returns (or offer refunds) of Sabatier knives manufactured by companies other than Thiers-Issard.
